  1. How do I make changes to my order?

Once you order an item, you have a 2 hour window (if order was placed on normal business hours) to contact us, and we can fix it for you before it ships out. If it ships out before we correct your order, don’t worry! Our return procedure is very easy, just click the big red button on the Returns Page.


  1. How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 2 hours of when it was placed. If it processed and ships out before you are able to cancel it, you can return the item to us and we can refund the price of the item.


  1. How do I know my order has shipped?

After your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. You will also receive another e-mail when your order is released for shipping which will include tracking information. 


  1. What is FedEx Smart Post and how long does that take?

FedEx Smart Post is an efficient way to reach residential customers with low-weight packages. FedEx will deliver your item to the local post office and then USPS will be responsible for final delivery. Sometimes your tracking information for SmartPost will say “Delivered” to specify that your item has reached your local post office. Please allow 2 to 3 days for final delivery by the USPS.

  1. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you will get your tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail.


  1. How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on the shipping method you select. For FedEx SmartPost, our base shipping method, usually takes between 7 to 10 days (but delivery may vary). Also, please allow 1 to 3 business days for fulfillment of your order.

  1. If I select overnight shipping, will I get my order the next day?

If you select overnight shipping, your item will take 2 days to ship. However, please allow time for us to process your order which will usually take 1 to 2 business days.


  1. How can I pay?

Our website accepts American Express, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Discover Card, JCB, VISA, and PayPal. We do not accept any other form of payment.


  1. Is it safe to order online?

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe and out of malicious hands.

Your credit card number or Paypal account is not accessible to us. When your purchase is completed, we are only able to see your billing information, shipping information, order details and the last 4 digits of your credit card.


  1. What is your Privacy Policy?

We do not like it when someone gives away our personal information and neither do you! That's why we don't rent, sell or share your personal information with anyone.


  1. How do I get discount codes?

You can get discount codes by signing up to our e-mail list. Scroll down to the bottom of our homepage and sign up.


12. What items are non-returnable?

All pet items are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons. Please make sure you take the time to measure your pet accurately to ensure the right fit. All our pet items have sizing charts within the product page, including instructions on how to measure your pet.
